Cellular Accessories Orders have 30 Day Full Money Back guarantee. Shipping and Handling Charge are not refundable. This will be given on products which are defective. CellularGadget.com reserve the right to exchange/replace products. Software that has been opened can not be returned per Federal Government Regulations. All Returns should be in the Original Packaging. On orders which are Returned to us on Reasons that are beyond our control, the following returns policy will apply:
Orders that choose an expedited shipping option will be credited the Full amount of the Order minus only Shipping and Handling charges. Orders that benefited with our Free Shipping Option will be Charged a Restocking fee of  $3.00 (applied on Orders under $30.00). Orders over $30.00 will be charged 15% of the Sale amount. Credit card Refunds are issued within 14-21 days after we have received the product/products from the customer in original packaging and condition. All Returns should be in the Original Packaging.

Wireless Phones

Defective Phones will be exchanged Free of Charge and we will also pay for the shipping and handling charges to and from the customer. Wireless and Cellular Phones can be Exchanged or Returned within 14 Days Only. 10% Restocking fee will apply on Returned Phones. Phones have to be returned to us exactly in the shape in which they reached the customer. Additional Charges may apply for missing items & missing packaging. Phones which have been scratched and show signs of misuse/abuse can not be returned and will not be accepted for a return! Phones which are Activated Can Not be Returned for a Refund.

      Order Return Instructions:

All Returned Orders are subject to the Returns Policy. All Orders should be Returned in Original Packaging to CellularGadget.com. Customers are responsible to ensure the delivery of the item/s to Our Return Address. No Credit/Refund will be issued till we receive the Returned Order. We would suggest the customers to take appropriate steps to ensure the delivery of the Return Packages. The Return Address is as following:
