How do I know what phone I have?
Most manufacturers place the make and model of the phone underneath the battery. First, remove the battery from your phone. Look on the phone where the battery would normally be. You should see a label that contains the make and model of your wireless phone. If this does not help you, you can click on any of the manufacturers listed on this site for a list of that manufacturers most popular phones. OEM products are original manufacturer accessories. After-market accessories are produced by manufacturers other that the phone manufacturer. These products can be very cost effective. There are also many alternatives with after-market products, such as, different designs, colors, and options.

How soon after I order will I receive my accessories?
Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged or defective or our inventory numbers are incorrect). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

If you are dissatisfied for any
reason within the first 30 days, complete our Returns & Warranty Form.
Returns & Warranty requests are processed within 2 (TWO) normal business
weekdays, Monday through Friday.
At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the instructions on how to
ship the item back.
If you have multiple e-mail addresses please remember the e-mail address that
you provided to us below as we will send a reply to that one.
You can return it for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions:
Usually, but not always, the merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
Software cannot be opened or tampered with.
Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
The package MUST have your Order Number on the return label! Returns without an Order # will not be processed and may be refused!
*Aftermarket Warranty & Replacement shipping to you, is prepaid by us. We cannot accommodate Return shipping fees for locations outside of the USA.
For all replacements, we will bill the credit card on file for the replacement item's upon shipment, & process your product refund to the credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.
If a warranty replacement is 'No longer Available' after the first 30 days, we will issue in-store credit.
