Warranty Information
Phone warranty
All handsets are covered by a one-year manufacturers' warranty. The phone must
be shipped back to the CellularGadget.com. Returns Department with a copy of
the original invoice and a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or
problem. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, liquid damage, or normal
wear and tear from use of the product. For all the phones that are out of the
box failures, CellularGadget.com. will exchange the phone within 15 days of
the purchase date. Any such return must be in the original packaging and
accompanied by the original receipt. Assuming the product is returned in
satisfactory condition and with all items inside of the box a replacement phone
will be provided. CellularGadget.com. reserves the right to substitute any
phone of one of like quality and value.
Accessory Lifetime Warranty
Certain accessories have a lifetime warranty. If the accessory has a lifetime
warranty, it must be shipped back to the CellularGadget.com. Returns
Department with a copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation of the
alleged defect or problem. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, liquid
damage, or normal wear and tear from use of the product. Your product will be
exchanged or repaired. CellularGadget.com. reserves the right to substitute
such accessory of one with like quality and value.
Accessory One-year Warranty
