How do I know what phone I have?

Most manufacturers place the make and model of the phone underneath the battery. First, remove the battery from your phone. Look on the phone where the battery would normally be. You should see a label that contains the make and model of your wireless phone. If this does not help you, you can click on any of the manufacturers listed on this site for a list of that manufacturers most popular phones. What is the difference between OEM and after-market Accessories?

OEM products are original manufacturer accessories. After-market accessories are produced by manufacturers other that the phone manufacturer. These products can be very cost effective. There are also many alternatives with after-market products, such as, different designs, colors, and options.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes. 30 day warranty against manufacturer defect exists on all of our aftermarket accessories! Use the Returns & Warranty Form for aftermarket warranty replacements.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Warranty passes onto you, as listed on each OEM product. If you cannot locate the warranty information, try the following:

How soon after I order will I receive my accessories?

Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged or defective or our inventory numbers are incorrect). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

Please note that although we do our best to update the availability of our products on the site, at times it may be incorrect.

We suggest that if you need to know if it is in stock at the moment that you email us at Sales@cellularGadget.com for confirmation.

Shipping Time
Most orders received Mon-Fri, will be shipped within 2 business days or less. Delivery times depend on the state your order is shipping to. All orders are shipped from Houston, Tx.

We will contact you via email if there are any questions, changes, or delays in shipping your order. Once the order is received and accepted, you will receive an email confirming the order.

Returns & Warranty requests are processed within 2 (TWO) normal business weekdays, Monday through Friday.
At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the instructions on how to ship the item back.
